‘Pools to Schools’

At Elite Swimming, we are revolutionising school swimming lessons with our ‘Pools to Schools’ initiative, an innovative and fully mobile swimming solution designed to remove the barriers schools often face when accessing traditional swimming facilities.

ELITE Swimming ‘pools to schools’ – “Turning School Grounds into Swimming Classrooms."

Our bespoke service provides everything you need to have a fully heated, filtered, and professionally installed swimming pool on-site at your school. This means no more costly transport, reduced time out of lessons, and a far more convenient way to deliver essential swimming education.

With our expertise, we take care of the entire setup, including:
- State-of-the-art above-ground pools (10m x 5m pool)
- Temperature-controlled, fully filtered water for a clean and safe experience
- All necessary equipment including changing facilities, pool covers, safety equipment, teaching aids, rescue equipment
- Qualified, experienced swimming instructors to deliver structured lessons (1 x staff: Level 2 swimming teacher & a qualified lifeguard)
- On-site support to ensure smooth operation throughout your swimming program

- Detailed assessments and reports using the national curriculum guidelines, Swim Englands School Charter and STA School Swimming Academy.

Currently operating in over 20 locations across the UK, we continue to expand rapidly, helping more schools meet the national curriculum requirement for swimming and water safety. Our program aims to support all that pupils to swim 25 meters and develop life-saving skills before leaving primary school.

Our very first Pools to Schools partnership was with Parkgate Primary school, Coventry, and they have continued to work with us every year since, increasing the duration of their booking as they’ve seen the incredible impact of the program:

“Journey times for getting to and from the leisure centre pool meant children were missing at least an hour of learning each week. By offering swimming on-site, we have been able to offer smaller group sizes with more intensive swimming on a daily basis for a two-week block. A really fluid transition between sessions for the children with minimal learning time lost.”
Ben Henley, Deputy Headteacher
